In case you haven’t heard yet, Wii is coming out with this exercise program called Wii Fit and its this really cool board that you can do a whole lot of activities with. You can do Yoga, you can play cool games, you can play soccer. I have no idea what the price tag is but rumor has it, its around $300.

So it is this board that you buy, which comes with the Wii Fit package. The only thing that the Wii Fit does not come with is the yoga mat, but its not really that necessary if you don’t need to use that part. You can even track your push-ups on there if you’re a male. Honestly I think its targeted towards women and I think it’s a great idea.
