Last year, Rockstar (the folks behind the Grand Theft Auto series) found themselves embroiled in yet another controversy. This time, it was over the upcoming Manhunt 2 and its violent content. The British Board of Film Classifications (they also oversee video game ratings) placed a ban on the game's release in the UK, setting off a seemingly endless series of legal appeals.

It has been announced that the BBFC has given in to the appeals and that Manhunt 2 will see the light of day in the UK. It is unknown when the game will be released, but at least this latest round in The World vs. Rockstar is over. One can only wonder if this game will live up to the hype.
