GameDaily recently had a conversation with GameStop CEO Dan DeMatteo about his outlook on Wii future. According to him the store shelves will not be stocked with Wii in near future. He says, “I don't see a near-term end in sight for Wii shortages, not unless they really ramp up supply.” He marked that Nintendo had increased the supply to 20 percent but sill that part has evaporated form market.

Hence, all holiday shoppers if you have a Wii as one of the item in your list, you better start looking for it now as it will become lot harder to track down later.
